Four of the seven most wanted people this month are people Winnipeg police say are actively pursuing in various criminal investigations.

Shane Wilson was arrested for multiple criminal offenses and later released on several conditions, including observing a curfew and notifying the courts of any change of residence. On March 23, 2021, an arrest warrant was issued for Wilson for breaching those terms, police said.

Winnipeg police have made multiple attempts to locate Steven Hontscharowicz in regards to breaching the terms of his probation order with negative results, police said. As a result, two warrants have been issued for Hontscharowicz’s arrest in connection with this investigation.

Sydney Paul is serving his first federal sentence of two years and one month for possessing a prohibited firearm with ammunition and failing to comply with a probation order, police said.

Paul began his statutory release on February 16 and on March 10 a Canada-wide warrant was issued after it was discovered that he had violated the conditions of his release.

Winnipeg police have made multiple attempts to locate Anthony Kostanjevic in regards to multiple investigations with negative results, police said. As a result, two arrest warrants have been issued for the arrest of Kostanjevic in connection with these investigations.

Winnipeg police have made multiple attempts to locate Cheyenne Michelle in multiple investigations with negative results. As a result, six warrants have been issued for Michelle’s arrest in connection with these investigations, police said.

Raven Ferland is serving her first federal sentence of three years and three months for aggravated assault, possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order, possession of a prohibited weapon and breach of a recognizance order.

Ferland began his statutory release on April 12 and two days later a Canada-wide warrant was issued after it was discovered he had violated the conditions of his release, police said.

Winnipeg police have made multiple attempts to locate Levon Sanderson in regards to several firearms offenses with negative results. As a result, two warrants have been issued for Sanderson’s arrest in connection with this investigation, police said.
